soupbone architects focuses on the way architecture shapes the way we feel in spaces, sustainable principles, and a sense of playfulness.
Architecture services
I work on all stages of an architecture project, from finding land to build on to popping the champagne at the end. And I’m happy to handle the whole thing or just the parts my clients need help with, even if it is just a consultation.
The services I can provide—à la carte or all together—include:
- Consultations at any stage of a project
- Finding a property to build on
- Walkthroughs with home buyers
- Schematic design
- Design development
- Contract documents
- Construction administration
- Etc.
Whatever you need help with, the first step is a consultation with me, and the first hour of consultations with me is always free.

What clients are saying about soupbone architects
We are absolutely thrilled with our new bedroom addition. The heated floors have officially spoiled us—they’re so delightful that we find ourselves walking around barefoot in the middle of winter, feeling cozy and warm. This space has truly transformed our home, making us fall in love with it all over again. It’s been such a meaningful and impactful upgrade for our family, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
A happy client
Matt did an incredible job truly listening to what we wanted—lots of natural light, big windows, and a modern, clean, and simple design. He took our vision and brought it to life beautifully. He also went above and beyond by helping us identify where we could cut costs without compromising the overall design, allowing us to splurge on the features that mattered most while still staying on budget. Throughout the process, he was always available to answer our day-to-day questions, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
We can’t thank Matt enough for his thoughtful approach, creativity, and expertise. This addition has exceeded all of our expectations!
